Review summary

Will never cruise Carnival again. Bit and switch on excursions. Dirty. Unhappy crew. Just not worth it.

Cabin steward Ramon was very welcoming. Olga, our wait person in Cucina restaurant was wonderful serving such a large table. Surprisingly, found a lot of staff was unengaging and just downright cranky. Realize they have to deal with a lot, but a smile or hello doesn’t take much effort. Tables in lounges left uncleared. Had to clear numerous times. No waiters in lounges.

Bathrooms were disgusting and not cleaned often enough. Lounge tables not cleaned. Sports lounge not staffed on nfl football game day.

Towels were the worst quality I’ve had. Room steward Ramon was charming. No hair conditioner/ lotion is ridiculous. We paid as much as other cruises with much better amenities. Carnival really is a budget cruise line.
