It's an older ship but service and crew friendliness was the best we have experienced in a long time ! Fun cruise director with Alex and and our main dining crew was excellent headed by Lady D which made our evening meals so much fun! Entertainment was repeats of previous Carnival cruises, do definitely think that needs to improve. We tried steakhouse one evening for a special occasion and it was great!We would recommend this cruise.

I wouldn't recommend springing for the 'premium' internet package. It wasn't worth it as the speed seemed worse than dial-up. I do recommend purchasing the "Faster to the Fun" as it was well worth the money to skip long lines boarding and exiting the ship and at the guest services desk.

Sail on a different ship. =( Man, that hurts me to say, but I'm not cruising Carnival again if I can help it. But yeah, either a different ship, or makes sure you get an EXCELLENT rate on this cruise.

A little difficult to navigate at first and got turned around a few times so keep your Hub app on, it was very helpful!! WiFi is terribly slow but understand with that many people all using it will slow it up so not really worth the expense of the WiFi package. Bought the bubbles pkg but looking back now my family and I did not use it nearly enough. There is plenty to drink at the buffets unless you are big soda drinkers-drinks are not free when you do sit down dining unless you have pkg, then it’s deducted/adjusted from sail and sign acct. next cruise I will take the allowed amt per person of soft drinks . Having bottle water ordered ahead of time and delivered to room on arrival is very helpful and cheaper too! Water on ship is really good too!

Do not get a room in the middle of the ship, it was constantly noisy and the room was extremely cold all the time the heater did not work.

Our cabin was right above night club and there was music noises even after midnight
