Review summary
Our cabins were located exactly underneath the galley for The Grill. The noise all day and all night was very very loud. Complaints to Guest Services brought assurances that they would, "talk to the food & beverage staff, manager etc." but day after day (including calls to guest services at 4:30am when the noise was worst), made no difference. They kept offering us free excursions which we rejected as we wanted to SLEEP! Finally toward the end of the trip they gave us an onboard credit and a certificate for 15% off a future cruise (??). We told them thank you but that it did not make up for a week without proper sleep (and we were traveling with a 3 year old). They apologized a lot but were unable to solve the issue. The noise was very loud, people dragging things across the floor and banging metal against metal. Also employees talking very loudly. Not a good cruise we were exhausted at the end!Embarkation
