We had an over all great experience..The only issue we had was when we was trying to sleep after midnight we could hear music and a thumping noice.

Actually Carnival Splendor for some ungodly reason was piping thumping techno through the hallways all hours. I was shocked they thought this was a good idea. All the homework in the world wouldn't help you under those circumstances. I contacted the cruise line and suggested they stop doing that. Techno is horrible music. Why would they make sure you could hear it from your cabin? Please give them this feedback. If more people complain they will do something about it.

That’s why you really need to do a little homework and know exactly where your cabin is and what is around your cabin you may have the casino above or below or Lido deck , club etc it can make a huge difference in your sleep..it’s worth checking the deck plan also 🤷‍♀️
