Review summary

Overall had an ok time. Next trip (if we do will go) would be with another group, maybe it would be more fun. Will definitely not do excursion and just tour the towns on our own.

Embarkation

Fast and easy check in. Would bring on my luggage the next time since were went directly to our room.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
The specialty restaurants were the place to eat, loved the grill, burrito bar, and sandwich deli ! Buffet was horrible, Main dining was alright- make sure to order 2 items ( appetizers and main dish) as the portions are small. The drinks were good but watch out of the added 18 % gratuity on every drink order

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Enjoyed a few of the games played in the lobby ( Trivial- Yahtzee)Felt that there was a lot of down time in between especially during the day. If the weather was better it wouldn't have matter but with it being colder we weren't able to hang by the pool or lay out.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
Enjoyed the comedy club the best- comics were pretty funny!!The bands that played in the lobby were nice to listen to especially when waiting for dinner. The Epic Rock show was good also!

Children's Programs

Did not bring children with us

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
Our room steward was great- she was very friendly and greeted us by name each time we saw her. Was disappointed with the waiter in the main dining area, had to ask for water each night, one night we left before dessert since it took so long for them to take our order. Not

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
The ship seemed pretty well taken care of and clean.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Cabin was great! Loved having the view and the room was spacious. Steward was very accommodating ( I wish I could remember her name to give her coo do's)

Ship tip

order water to be sent to your room prior to getting on the ship was cheaper... also bring your own cup to do refills of juice, water and lemonade.

Cabo San Lucas, Mexico

We just walked around and went to some of the tourist areas/ bars. Vendors were pushy so didn't do any shopping

Mazatlan, Mexico

Went on a city tour. The tour was with a smaller van so it was nice, the tour guide ( Manuel) was funny and very informative. Loved the little area outside the terminal lots of fun to watch the crazy people. Vendors throughout the city were VERY pushy!!

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico

I liked this port the best, but had a horrible experience with the excursion we booked. It was a city tour and we had a few mishaps right off the ship. With the time difference being 1 hour different than what they said on the ship we arrived 15 minutes late ( and we thought we were 45 minutes early) so because of that supposedly the tour left without us. They did try and accommodate us with a large bus, once we left the tour guide was distracted trying to make arrangement to pick up others that had been late ( 5 groups total) once we had everyone on board he was a little better. The tequila factory was excellent and lunch wasn't bad, but the ride up the windy road was a little scary for such a large bus.. We wish we would have went out on our own.

Disembarkation

Had to wait awhile for our deck to be called (felt like a herd of cattle)Once we did get called it moved pretty quickly after that.
