Min was our room(2471) steward and he was on it! We had a couple issues with the shower water being too hot and the shower drain not draining but we called and it was taken care of right away!! The waiters Jan, Otram, Chanarit on the Black Pearl Restaurant were great! It was our 10 year wedding anniversary and they made it very special! Very very friendly service!

First time cruisers and we loved it. The ship decorations seemed a little out dated but over all the staff made it feel like we were royalty! Everyone smiled and greeted you even if your walking down the hall way! It felt like I was in Nordstrom! We are planning another Carnival Cruise again with family!
