Review summary

Had a wonderful time and look forward to another. If I did this cruise again I would opt to stay on board and enjoy all onboard activities. I say this only because of disabilities - using a tender to get ashore was difficult as was getting on and off buses only to find the site you chose to visit was not handicap accessible (was informed that they were).

Embarkation

I was informed that a wheelchair would be made available at check in. Being a newbie I pictured in my mind an airport check in process. Check in for the cruise was a very large long walk from drop off.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
Stewards, waiters, cleaning crew A+++. The service desk however needs a more courteous crew and perhaps hiring more then 4 people to attend 3500 guests would help alleviate the stress and never ending line.

Ship tip

Not sure about the other rooms but ours only had one outlet. Bring a power strip.

My mom was told that she couldn't get off in Cabo due to not being handicap accessible. Is that true? Also did Carnival let you use the wheelchair to just get on the ship?
