Review summary

We enjoyed our trip, but issues we experienced with plumbing and the lack of concern by management to sufficiently resolve the issue. Pools and passengers were great.

Had a severe plumbing issue which was not corrected as promised and after requesting to speak to management never received any follow up. They provided a very slight credit, but not sufficient for the issue we had. Also, my wife and 9yr old daughter paid to have our room decorated for my birthday and it was never done. Bar service was up to a 45 min wait every evening in the casino.

I called them, they don't let me report it to make sure it's fixed before I sail. If there's a problem AFTER I board, then I can report it to guest services...she was polite but it felt rude. She certainly didn't alleviate my concern
