Review summary

This is the worst cruise ship ever the people were inconsiderate numerous fights on the boat teenagers running rapid banging on doors 3 o'clock in the morning going down the Corridos with a boombox at 3 AM with the music blasting was not able to get a hot breakfast lines were too long . The port for Dominican republic was horrible don't know why the Apple pulled into that poured out when we pulled into Turks and Caicos there was another Carnival ship that was there as well which made that port overcrowded and the beach as well. Guest services was two hour wait every time you went online it was only two kiosk and in the middle of the week somebody broke the kiosk by slamming the glass with something lack of security when we were Deembarkmenrbark my husband got into an altercation trying to get on an elevator lack of staff to assist with embark the only good thing about this cruise was the entertainment. I will never travel with Carnival again!!!!!

Parents failing to be responsible for the actions of their childrenand failing to be responsible adults doesn't it make it the cruise line responsible for either.

My family and I had a great time, however I observed some issues with this cruise mainly their lack of crowd control.(too many long lines that move too slow) etc

I love the comment bdaguy stated it wasn't the cruise it was the people and if you write to Carnival I'm sure they will compensate you in someway I've been on over 25 cruises and I know when to cruise you do not cruise in the summer or spring Break because of the amount of teenagers no matter what cruise I go on I will always have a good time because I don't have to cook or clean

I was just on the splendor last week. And it was a good cruise.(it wasn't great but it was a good cruise) one of the problems I had with this particular ship was crowd control. They weren't quite prepared for the crowd.

I will be on the splendor September 18-24. Looking forward to it... I went on the sensation I had no problems...I hope this one will be ok....sorry you had problems.

I have heard that you should avoid cruises when the kid are out of school as some of what you experienced is expected. To be fair, it is not the cruise ship that made you experience terrible but the passengers. We sailed on the Splendor for 10 days in June and had a wonderful time.

The splendor is awesome and if you had those problems you should have informed guest services! Carnival is a funship and a different type of crowd.

We will be on the splendor 10/22 and no reviews will make me worry about having a bad cruise. We been on so many carnival cruises,we know what to expect and we just know it's going to be awesome. You pay for what you get. A cheap cruise with a rowdy drinking,gambling crowd. We love it. Happy cruising

Thank God I didn't have that issue last year. .except they were kind of Loud walking by door. .I hope I don't have that issue in October as to most kids d back in school

I see Holland America in your future,also if you purchase Faster To The Fun you would of had your own line at guest services. it's not going to happen if you think every port will have no ships with you. And for the apples,carnival and others lines do humanitarian missions bringing food and clothing to ports. I see that a lot on many cruise ships I'm on. Happy cruising everyone

We had an amazing time on the Splendor a few months ago! In 5 cruises with Carnival, we've never had a bad experience. Everyone is different in suppose. ☺
