Review summary
Organization of events and everything involved with getting on and off the vessel was disorganized and poorly planned. Best example: Waited 4.5 hours in line outside in the sun just to get on board. That is totally unacceptable. Unfortunately this performance was repeatedly experienced for the 7 weeks we were on board for most of the ports of call. The ship was fine, performed well and the main line crew that serviced the guests were great. Officers were non existent, rarely saw one, gave the appearance of "not interested" and probably was the main reason for dis-array.Ship experiences

Don't purchase internet service. It is extremely poor and expensive. We received numerous apologies in writing during the trip, but that doesn't make it alright. It is a product that should never have been offered and refunds were not available after purchase.
