Pros: Alaska was beautiful. You can't imagine the views! A balcony room is a must for the whale watching. The staff was wonderful. Good dining options. Complimentary rooms service was a kid's dream.
Cons: Not enough signage. It was hard to find areas like the gym and arcade.
