First time cruising. We are hooked. If you are looking for a great staff, fun activities, great shore excursions, and a great family time, this is it. The room was nice. The room attendant was great. There was always someone around if we needed something.

Our room attendant was wonderful. We didn't really see her that much but the room was cleaned spotless twice a day. We couldn't wait to get back to the room in the evening to see what towel animal was waiting.

Ports of call

Ketchikan, Alaska

More jewelry and t-shirt shops. Not enough time to really enjoy the port and see the sites.

Beautiful! We didn't have a lot of time. A guided tour is a must to get the full experience.
Don't Miss: The rickshaw bike tour was a blast. The personal tour was great.

The highlight of the trip was the helicopter tour and dog-sledding excursion. I would return to Juneau just to experience that again. A great family experience.
Don't Miss: Dog Sledding / Glacier Helicopter Tour

Pros: Alaska was beautiful. You can't imagine the views! A balcony room is a must for the whale watching. The staff was wonderful. Good dining options. Complimentary rooms service was a kid's dream.

Cons: Not enough signage. It was hard to find areas like the gym and arcade.
