Review summary

We sailed the Northbound Alaska cruise. The scenery was awsome. The rooms were good sized. The service and the food were not very good. It kinda of all tasted the same. We have had much better on other cruises. The waiter never even learned our names (never used them) for the seven days we were on the cruise. The atmosphere was kinda dead. It was a much older crowd I guess. Not a whole lot going on.

Ports of call

Skagway, Alaska

We decided to get our own charter to go fishing in Skagway. We did not get a bite. Do not go fishing in Skagway it's a big waste of money.

Ketchikan, Alaska

We went on the wilderness crabing adventure. It stated in the description that you would go catch crabs. The crabs they had in the pots had been there for five days. Not too exciting. But the crab feast more than made up for the catching of the crabs. It was wonderful. Never had better crab and we had such a great time.

Sitka, Alaska

Bike and Hike. It was beautiful. We learned alot about the wildlife and the plants and animals in the area. They were very accomodating.

Juneau, Alaska

We went whale watching and Salmon Bake. We saw an awsome display of whales. They were more than accomadating. The salmon bake was excellent given in an outdoor setting.

Pros: The scenery on the trip. The excursions we took. The glacier

Cons: The shows, escpecially the comedians were awful. The food was not all that great either. The service was not up to par.
