I can't blame carnival first the cold weather, but the entertainment wasn't there. I didn't feel the fun ship.

I missed the first night in the dining room. They entertained every night in the past. This cruise it was the first night, That's it. Not as entertaining as before. The lamb chops were divine. I didn't see a verity of cakes and cookies.

It was cold so no pool. As usual the jacuzzi was filled with kids. The comedy show was great. The staff routine was great. That was different.

I had to clean off my own table. I think the staff was tired. They kept walking by dirty tables and they didn't speak English. You try to get their attention, they keep walking. The staff was not friendly at all

My balcony was filthy. The chairs look molded, the windows were horrible. We couldn't utilize the balcony at all and I paid for an extended balcony. What a waste.

Waste of money. Couldn't utilize the balcony at all. The chairs were filthy. The windows were never cleaned. The birds pooped all on the balcony

They need to reduce the price for this ship. Its old.
I enjoyed the bus tour to the blow hole which didn't blow. The tide was too low. The shopping was great. I got some great deals. I will return on the royal Caribbean ship.
You should have gone to Guest Services about the balcony. I'm sure they would've gotton the crew to clean it for you and bring new chairs. You paid for it so the balcony should be useable. Next time say something, that's what Guest Services are there for.
