The whole Cruise was delightful, enjoyed it all, can't wait for next year. The food, service, Crew was great. It was easy access boarding and embarkment. I would only suggest maybe having more African American performers in your shows.

We loved the ship's layout...everything was easily accessible and the ship was just the right size...not too big and not too small! The kids' clubs were very good, as well and despite the changed itinerary due to Irene, we liked all our excursions a lot.

I would not recommend this ship only because of the seeming gang influence on it.

A wonderful ship with some of the best staff I have ever seen.

The boat was beautiful, Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and pleasant. Food was very good and plentiful at all times.

Overall it was the perfect family vacation.

The ship was beautiful. Had so many beautiful spots to sit and look out at the expanse of ocean. The staff where all exceptional - very pleasant and helpful.

This was our first cruise and we really enjoyed most of all the activities.

The Pride was smaller than the last Carnival ship we were on, but sailing out of Baltimore was the best thing ever...no air plans to worry about.

It was my first time on ship and I didnt think I was going to like it,but I had so much fun. I really injoyed the islands and the food was great. I really like the shows and the slots.

We were surprised to find our balcony room dirty. There were crumbs and hair on the sofa, the carpet was not clean and the closets were filthy. We reported this issue to our cabin steward however nothing was done. Later that eve, we had to contact Guest Services and they took care of it. The rest of the cruise was ok. We really enjoyed our visit to Gran Turk and the ultimate snorkeling excursion!! The food was great. Our waiter was excellent. Drink service was BAD and SLOW!! We didn't get our drinks until dessert time. Overall, our third experience with Carnival was great!

1. The ship dining area (Mermaid Grill) and pool area were too small to accommodate number of passengers; waited in line constantly for meals and could not pass through common areas in dining area easily because of lines. As well, on sunny days, could not only NOT find a spot on deck for chair, but often could not find a spot in pool and if I did, could not move in it. 2. While staff who attended to rooms and dining (in Normandie) were friendly and helpful, the amenities staff were most definitely NOT. I was more than 3 times greeted with poor customer service and what seemed to be a lack of caring for my concern (once at pool towel station; twice at customer service desk).

Overall impression of the ship was excellent. The only drawback to the Carnival lines is that they have the lifeboats obstructing the view on the upper deck. They should try and have the lifeboats between the decks as I have observed on other cruise lines.

Service on the boat was great other than food related services. Food was not very good room service was delivered cold and it was slow to arrive. The lines to get food or drinks were long and slow. Went with a large group of 10 people to eat at the main dinning hall was over an hour and half wait. Steak house is a can't miss item on the ship.

The Carnival Pride and its staff over all are excellent. A+++!!!! The only negatives we had were: 1) Art Auctions - instead of trying to guilt trip people into purchasing $15k reprints of art, why not have events during the day that might be more enjoyable. 2) For our 10th anniversary we chose to do the photo shoot. We clearly explained that we wished only a few (less than 5) photos. We were told this was perfectly fine and that there was no committment to purchase. We did not sign up for any shore excursions at Half Moon Cay to accomodate the floating schedule of the photographers. We had a blast during the photo shoot, but then when we reviewed the photos we were informed that the book package was $1500, and the minimum purchase was $300.......we were told we could purchase any number when we signed up...... Both my wife and I felt cheated out of shore excursions that we would have loved to do when we weren't able to purchase ANY of the photos. It frusterated me insanely that they lied to us to gain our trust to do the photo shoot, then wouldn't budge on the minimum purchase - wouldn't it be better to have us buy some instead of none??????

We were extremely impressed with how the staff was. Super friendly and make a few friends in a short time. The dining food was really good and plentiful. You were allowed to order anything and everything you wanted to, including multiple entries if desired. The buffet food was good and selection was plentiful. The entertainment was a little below par as far as quality, but entertaining nevertheless.

Have been on other Carnival Ships and I have to say the company runs very nice program. All the ships seems to be the same in all aspects! Other then the ships being of different sizes you can count on the same type of food, service and clean rooms! No surprices so that is a nice thing to count on!

We really enjoyed the overall layout and feel of the ship. There was more than enough to do! We really enjoyed the adults only area on the back of the ship. It was a nice get away.

This was my second trip on this ship , and like the first trip the crew were great everyone was friendly good comics and shows. The food great.
