I felt that the ship was in good shape.

I like the fact that the Carnival Pride is not a mega ship - I prefer the smaller size and fewer passengers. Even on sea days when most everyone was eating in the same place, the buffet did not seem overly crowded. We've sailed on Pride before, so basically were familiar with the layout of the ship. This was not a normal cruise experience, since we only docked in one port, and could not access the outside decks or pool due to the bad weather. I think the crew did an outstanding job dealing with the change in itinerary and taking up the slack with additional activities to try to keep everyone's vacation from totally tanking. I can't say enough about the Captain, who diverted us from several ports and made all the right choices to bring us safely home ahead of Superstorm Sandy.

I do think the ship needs to be updated. It has a bunch of crazy paintings. Like naked woman all over the ship on every elevator, and naked guys too! The statues seems old.

My husband and I went on our cruise out of Baltimore Port on Carnival Pride. It was our first cruise and our honeymoon. We had a great time being it was our first time on a ship. The process to get onto the ship and check in was quite easy and our bags were delivered to our room quickly. The food was moderate and room service messed up our orders a lot when they were brought up to our room, so my husband and I started going to the buffets for breakfast and lunch and they were much better. The dinners at night were good but their desserts were the best. Entertainment was good and we went to a lot of shows and activities to keep us entertained as we were on the ship for two days getting to our destinations. We kind of got cabin fever by the end of the trip spending two more days at sea. The islands- Grand Turk, Half Moon Cay, and Freeport- were great and we did some excursions which were a lot of fun. Overall, for first timers were had a great time with some good and bad experiences. We would like to leave from a port where we don't spend so much time at sea and more times at the destinations!

We took a 7 day \"Exotic\" Eastern Caribbean out of Baltimore, MD on the Carnival Pride. The ship was huge and the decor was gorgeous. It was very well maintained. We had an extended balcony room on the 8th floor. The Balcony was large enough for both of us to sit in the deck chairs provided and have breakfast. Our room was very nicely laid out. The bathroom was nice sized and we had plenty of closet space.

This vacation was about as good as it can get. When we wanted quiet we could go to our stateroom and when we wanted entertained there was always plenty going on.

There were many friendly and intelligent discussions amoung passengers meeting for the first time. Out conversations were as if we were old friends.

We went on this ship last year., whice is why we wanted to take this same cruise again.... we were disappointed in the food it was not as good.....Seemed as if they were under staffed. The room above us was loud the whole cruise....banging and clanging

It is a beautiful ship. Sometimes hard to believe you are on a ship with all the lights, rooms, theater shows, places to eat, pools etc.

They took PRIDE in customer satisfaction, waitstaff did a phenomenal job continuously & honored the dignity of the cruise line!!!

Excellent staff ! Food was good and so were the shows that were presented on-board. Recommended improvements, Gym equipment needs work, maintenance or replacement. Foot analysis that was done from the gym staff was good but the product can be purchased for a fraction of the price being offered. (glad we did our research first!) Recommend doing some market research, stores on-board were limited in the types of products being sold. Grand Turk was a waste of time and thought an extra day at Half Moon Key would have been more adventagous to making the trip more pleasurable and profitable.

Ship was really nice. Cabin size was really good, easy to navigate around. However you need to sign your name for everything you do.
