A major disappointment. We cruised on the Pride over Christmas in 2021, and the ship has not been maintained since then, with, for example, 6 out of the ten treadmills in the gym out-of-order. And your Internet service is a joke -- actually, it is pure fraud on your part. Even with the highest level of subscription, which we had, it is not possible even to receive and send simple email on most days of the cruise. And your Carnival Hub app simply does not work reliably: with a group of four, we were never able to successfully notify the other couple in our group of our dining reservations. We take about four cruises each year, but will not simply cruise on Carnival again.

Everything clean, but the ship lacks the forward-facing lounge common on other ships. The space below the bridge is wasted on the gym.

Very good, except for the much smaller and recessed balcony and the vastly inferior television programming (with a remote control that didn't work).

Don't. We will never sail on Carnival again -- it's the bottom of the barrel.
Horrible. Lost the entire morning due to Bermuda's incompetence in processing the application, and paid $80 for nothing. We had wanted to visit Bermuda for many years, but would never return.
No problems, especially when getting off ship as late as possible. But being out of the cabin by 7:30 really destroys any enjoyment of the final 24 hours of the cruise.
I'm on the Pride right now. Can't say I had any major issues with the food, and I'm more than picky, I'm German! LOL The ship's condition is average, I'd say. Shower bar coming off in my cabin, some rust here and there, a few scratches on the desk, the railing on the balcony rotting away. But the essential things inside the ship are ok TBH. That said, I won't sail on this ship again either, but I wouldn't exclude the new ships. The Horizon was quite good.
