Review summary

This experience would not deter me from another cruise but the level of service did not match the last Carnival Cruise that I was on.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
Service was inconsistent. Some servers were outstanding while some lacked any sense of urgency or alacrity. Food was sometimes brought out cold during seated dining. Focus for some servers was not given on required needs such as not provided water when needed and given only when an alcoholic beverage was purchased.

Ship tip

Expect long waits or cold food. Plan to visit the aft buffet as you might be disappointed in the dining room.

This day was hampered by in-climate weather.

Disembarkation

Disorganized disembarkation. Numerous times it was stated that it was ahead of time but long waits pushed a simple procedure past a few hours.

I have a question. I’m leaving tomorrow on the Pride. I was wondering how the weather was the 1st day at sea after leaving Baltimore? Was it warm enough to sit up on deck? Thank you!!

We were on the Pride in January and overall it was great. There eere a few inconsistencies in the food but still good. Demarcation took us about 45 minutes. Embarkation fast.

Debarkation can be painful, remember 2500 people thew one small door. It's a few bad hours, just smile and be patient you'll get off.
