Review summary

We loved the Pride and everyone who worked on her. Our first cruise was excellent! The food and service in the main dining room was outstanding! We also loved sea day brunch.

Embarkation

My wife, Marsha, was using a rolling walker and struggling to walk due to hip problems (she was scheduled for hip replacement right after the cruise). As soon as the port workers saw her struggling they were immediately on the scene with a wheelchair and treated us like priority passengers even though it was our first cruise. They were so kind and courteous. Nice job, Baltimore!

Our room steward, Made (pronounced Ma-day) was super! What a hard worker and so polite and thoughtful.

Ship tip

We don't smoke or gamble, so we learned to avoid the smoke, crowds and noise when going from one end of the ship to the other by walking on the floor above.
