Well the ship was late getting into port by over a day. We totally understood because they cant control the weather. Here is where the problem was. We stood outside the gate on a onway ramp illegally for over 3 cold long hours.... People were being threatened by the police of getting a ticket if their uber driver dropped them off. Thank the Lord my hubby and I got there with our uber before the cops got involved. It was INSANE! It was also cold and hard to sit anywhere. My feet were dead by the time we got on the ship. There was no cool fireworks or shindig as we sailed away. People were just grumpy and tired. We pretty much ate food and went to bed the first day of the cruise. Lame...

I would give it a five but then it still needs to be better for how much we are paying. Times for eating were too short given that I don't want to have to worry about lunch and breakfast closing down and not getting to eat. Fruit was all I wanted but it was gross. It was either dry and chewy or very soggy. It was the same food every day...Once again we payed a lot so I expect better. The cakes that were served in the buffet area were dry and bland. Pizza-ok sauce could be better. ice cream should be available 24/7. The ice cream was my favorite food!lol The filet mignon was amazing!!! The chocolate melting cake was FAB!!! The virgin strawberry daiquiri!!! Have mercy it was awesome!!!!!!! Just work on lunch and breakfast please. Omelette was great though! I had the bacon,spinach and cheddar cheese omelette! Waffles were cold...sad face...

OOOkkkaaayyyyy heres where I was let down probably the most..... The slides were all I wanted but.... The big yellow one was a HUUUGGGEEEEEE disappointment.... I had to scoot myself down the WHOLE way.... Never went on it again. Even the little kids hated it. It was a major painful workout to get down that thing. I booked this particular ship for the slides and pools. The drop slide however was FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I almost didn't do it but mustered up the courage and did it multiple times!!!! I could kiss whoever came up with that slide!!!!Sad thing was that was the only actual slide. Very sad. The pools were always FILLED to the capacity with kids. Came on the cruise during school time to avoid kids but still couldnt get into a pool because of them. They literally yelled at me telling me I need to go on the other side of the pool because that was the boys side....Lucky them I was in a good mood and just got out and never went back in the pool.... Hot tubs were never even hot or close to it at ALLLLLL... Always packed with kids or drunk fools.. Only went in one hot tub the whole time... Once again I only only only booked this ship because of how many pools and slides and hot tubs it had....very sad.... Big sad.....Fitness center was cool. It could use some updated equipment. My hubby and I worked out every day in there! We loved the steam room!!!!!! I want one!!! Please change the music though......LOL LOL Weight area WAY WAY to small. I would at least extend it another 3 feet to the right. At least. You need another sanitary wipe holder over by the free weights though. I had to keep walking over by the other steps to get one.

My hubby and I are christians so the comedy we got was with little annoying kids that interrupted the comedy like crazy. I understand they are having fun but we were not...... By the last night parents were threatening there kids to shut up and making them sit with them instead of the front row..lol I never said anything to the kids or parents but I think the parents got the vibe that the other adults that were trying to be kid free were annoyed. There is only two quick shows for pg.... Come on now help a girl out. I wanted more than that. The pg-13 and r rated had more shows. Those were too dirty for us. Trust me we tried and couldn't stomach God's name in vain so much and sexual stuff. We like sexual stuff but just between husband and wife not public. Music was insanely loud. I did enjoy the 3 violinist that played throughout the week! My man and I danced to their music!
Service and Staff

I'm crying now as I think about the staff!! I loved them all!! Even though we couldn't understand over half of what they said we made it work! Please give them a raise and a bonus!!! We talked to them about their lives. They are gone from their families for seven months and back with them for only two months... Broke my heart.. One man said he wants to have more kids with his wife but with his schedule they cant make it work. He was happy though. He was not complaining just stating his situation with a smile and laughter! They are always singing!!! Just such hard workers dealing with some rich snobby LAZY grumpy Americans. Not all Americans are like that but from what I saw on the ship the way they threw their cups and dishes all over in random parts of the ship... I picked up many items to help the staff with the endless cleaning they do. I hope you are treating them well better than well. If I had time I would hug them all before we left!!!! They were what made that trip memorable!!!

bed had a divider in the middle..not comfy. Pillows AWESOME!!Cleaner than I imagined!!!! No bugs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ship tip
Make sure you check out what the theme will be for the dates you pick. Ours was old rock and roll. If anything I would have loved country or bluegrass or classical. I am not a rock and roll fan at all. So make sure the theme is what you like because that will be the music for their shows. I wish I thought of this.
We stayed at Hampton Inn! The 3 plus hour wait the next day in the cold behind the gate waiting to get on our ship was terrible though. You need to organize that better for when a ship comes in late.
