Review summary

Loved the Pride. Smaller ship but service was superior. I have sailed on Royal Caribbean Norwegian Disney and Regent Seas. Carnival Pride compares favorably with them. Sailing on Norwegian Escape August 11. Interesting to see how a huge ship compares to the smaller Pride.

The wife and I have been on the Pride before, took 2 cruise newbies with us. We all had a blast, so much so we have another cruise booked on her for September. As for the NCL Escape, it’s a beautiful vessel and we thoroughly enjoyed our time on her as well. What I’ve found is as long as I’m not at work any cruise can be wonderful. Keep expectations realistic and you’ll never be disappointed!

The larger ships have so many more wonderful things to do. But I would never use them, so why have them!!

It's not a bad ship but doesn't come close to the others you mentioned

The Pride was my first cruise. Enjoyed it more than larger Magic. Guess I’m just a country girl 👧
