Ship Quality
3 out of 5
check your cameras! i had a bad fall on deck 9 and no signs where posted for wet areas. with all of your workers on that floor between guy burgers and the bar area not a single one helped me get up. the help i got was from a complete stranger. if you would like i have a great big bruised up knee i could post for you and the weird things is the next day your ship has wet floor signs posted!!!
Cabin / Stateroom
1 out of 5
1st night on ship we had no air in our room(not fixable until the following day), We slept with our cabin door open to try and cool off the room and the fan we where give looked to be the size of a 11 x 14 picture frame. on the second day when the air was "fixed" @77 degrees they took back the fan and to make it worse when we get back to the room later on in the evening our floor was soaked from the entrance up past the bathroom door. then we had to let house keeping come in to clean the carpet!!!
when i spoken to someone about being comp for the trouble with the room such as air and carpet at first i was offered nothing then a steak dinner which i declined and yes i was reimbursed for the purchase of the bottomless bubbles i felt like we(my husband and myself) should of gotten better service . i love cruises but at the cost we paid and the fist two days where that bad what we received for a comp was a joke.
a comp should have been offered i should not had to ask.
yes the cabin was clean but for comfort it was horrible!!!!!!!!
I agree with the debarkation process. When I went on Pride in 2016 we choose to carry our luggage off so we could get off sooner. We didn’t end up getting off the ship until 10:30. Passengers with checked luggage were already off the ship by the time we were. Plus we had to carry our luggage down several flights of stairs Only ADA passengers were able to use the elevators. This was my only Carnival cruise. I find the service and quality better on RCC.
