very pleased with the service on this cruise- the crew on the previous cruise was not nearly as nice and efficient as the crew on Station 238 in the dining room and the room stewart Romell, Thank you for hiring such nice people.

This is very important to share- the waiters at station 238, LUISITO, JOHN AND RIN are absolutely wonderful- how they remembered everyone's name, the service was excellent. They make you feel special- so considerate and caring - Our room steward, ROMELL, so nice and caring. This kind of customer care service is truly hard to find. Carnival is very lucky to have this crew!!
