First 5 days were excellent, but the last 2days were not so good. Especially the buffet, even the coffee machines were broken.

Excellent trip for children. They are fully occupied and really enjoy.

Most of the ship personnel are very friendly. Especially the Guest service department. A female Guest Service personnel, her name is He Qian, she is very knowledgeable, polite, efficient and helpful. I would like to give her the 5 stars .

Relaxing Cruise
Carnival Caribbean Cruise was nice. Dining room staff was wonderful and the food was good. The private island Half Moon Cay was beautiful. However, this was not up to the standards of the 2 prior RCL cruises we took. The ship was older and not as clean.
