It's smooth and quick except the security woman is very rude and not friendly. .

Excellent trip for children. They are fully occupied and really enjoy.

Most of the ship personnel are very friendly. Especially the Guest service department. A female Guest Service personnel, her name is He Qian, she is very knowledgeable, polite, efficient and helpful. I would like to give her the 5 stars .
