Review summary

food in dining room was usually served warm not hot. hadn't cruised in several years and was shocked to find out that if you wanted certain dishes in main dining room there was a $20 fee. We had priority boarding being in a grand suite and our daughter and son cleared before we did. Also, requested a wheel chair for wife and never got it. Supposed to go to front of line at dinners and departing to islands for excursions and that never happened!

Yes, if you want lobster and filet mignon every single night there is a $20 charge, otherwise no extra charge. I've never seen other guests clear to get on the ship before suite guests and I've cruised many, many times. My mother-in-law got her wheel chair right away, no problem. Also, did you meet in the area that you were suppose to go to get a priority tender to go into port? We've never had a problem with that either. A lot of this sounds like things that you just didn't understand, but sorry to hear that you had such a bad time.
