Our main dining-room experience was near perfect. Our Hein and Lucien were amazing, kind, attentive and sweet! Sanferd, who brought around the shots was amazing, fun, and went out of his way to make us happy. Lucien was super kind, caring, amazingly entertaining and a wonderful considerate waiter. Only complaint about main dining room is that 2 nights, the meals were not good. Took forever, food was cold, not made the way that it was ordered or described in the menu. Otherwise, the food and dining experience was near perfect!

The dining room staff was amazing. Lucien and Hein could not have done more to make us feel welcome, wanted and well fed. They were both super kind, funny, attentive and wonderful. So professional. I wish the best for them!

Slow. Waiter would not acknowledge patrons. As a botom bubbles purchaser, I felt ignored, and the fact that I had to go to a BAR to get a soda was annoying and wasted my time. I gave up and rarely got an "endless" drink due to the attitude and lines at bars.

Lucien- amazing waiter. Kind, caring, attentive. Lucien took care of me when I was not feeling well. He made sure I was hydrated and feeling better.
Hein- funny, kind, ensured our happiness with our dining experience.
Room steward was Made (room 6283) he was helpful, friendly, attentive and happy.

Size, comfort and cleanliness were great. Only complaint was that the balcony door seal was not tight so the door whistled all the time.

Check out all the shows, don't stay in your room. Meet and greet people. So much fun!
