Review summary

I was very disappointed in the poor condition of the suite and balcony. Paint chips everywhere - stained clothes/skin when laying out. Damaged furniture, refrigerator, closet, tub drain/jets, etc. in the room. Some repairs made when requested. The staff was nice and accommodating. A real disappointment for my first suite experience. Thankfully the excursions were awesome - and improved the experience.

Mebeck : I totally agree with you. The Pride has gotten very popular and is pretty much sold out every cruise all year long and that’s a lot of wear and tear witch I feel the staff does a great job dealing with the best they can.

For those of you complaining that the ships dirty and in need of repair, you do realize that for basically 365 days of the year the boat is sailing in salt water. Nonstop. Salt water does that to to paint, so before you all get up on your high horses and start complaining, why don’t you think about that. Not to mention, it’s a vacation, and it completely beats sitting at work all day.

Just sailed on the pride two weeks ago, I would hardly say the pride is dirty and I am picky.

We took the pride to Bermuda. It’s a dirty ship.

That is unfortunate in how much they charge for suites.

Ship was last drydocked in 2014 and scheduled for refurb in 2019. Apparently it is overdue as 4 years is a lot time.
