Slow, but organized. In your documentation say something about ensuring your passport is signed BEFORE arrival.

Lunch and dinner was excellent. Breakfast - well no matter how you order them they seem to come back hard. Drinks were outstanding. Ate at Davids Steakhouse and that was superb. All service was great.
