Even with the delays I had a blast on the cruise. The food was delicious and there was great variety. The breakfast especially was superb. The game shows were unique and fun. The comedy shows were absolutely hilarious. I did not miss a single one and I would recommend all cruisers to go to them. The ship was very clean. Most importantly it's the best customer service I have ever experienced. I felt like I was being pampered. Phenomenal customer service. The staff were flawless and made the trip 10 times better.

The staff was PHENOMENAL. I can not emphasize that enough. They were the epitome of amazing customer service. They set the standard across all industries. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with every single employee. They were hard working, humble, kind, and cordial. I could not nitpick a single complaint if I tried. The staff alone made the trip worthwhile. If I could shake hands with every single employee and thank them I would. From the room stewards all the way up to the cruise director Leigh they were flawless.
Ship Quality

While it's an older ship it was very homey in a sense. I admired the ship and enjoyed my stay. It was very clean. I can't remember any instance where I saw something dirty where it wasn't cleaned up immediately.
Cabin / Stateroom

The room was comfortable, accommodating, and clean. The ocean view room was well worth the price. It was more spacious than I thought.
Ship tip
I would tell them to take advantage of all the activities and entertainment available. Also, that they would be treated like royalty by the staff.
