I feel really bad for my sister who planned and booked this family of 35 members on their first cruise she spoke so highly about carnival and most of my family had 1 or more thing's wrong in their cabin's were sitting around for hours waiting for someone to come check out the problem to which no one came. My 1 sister Antoinette Mercado found a cockroach in her cabin and was told she must have brought it on board with her and front of a line of guest at the front desk.. To which she started crying and both Antoinette and my sister Kelly who booked everything were so enbarrested. They didn't want to come out of their cabin's because they were afaird people may have said somethingEmbarkation
