Review summary

I do understand with the amount and diversity of people it is no easy job. But I think you did a geat job.Well done. Only a small amount of minor ( and one big one) adjustments and it will be a real PRIDE.

Embarkation

4 out of 5
seeing the amount of passangers, it went well, staff very effective and compitant

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
very good only the outside windows on deck 9 did not meet the standards. was not cleaned in months maybe years

Normandie Restaurant

4 out of 5

It was very good (MSC offers free glass of wine)

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
enjoyed the sphere where others, young people enjoy themselves

Entertainment

3 out of 5
limited variety, although artist were very goog

Children's Programs

did not pay attention to

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Most of staff are very friendly and competent Exa and Robert are names that comes to my mind

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
I like the layout (not as complicated as MSC), was easy to find my way. The cleaning in my cabin was also done at fullspeed and maybe less attention to folded elaphants would do it

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
It was excellent, but why is there only ONE socket outlet, it almost caused me or my wife going overboard!

Ship tip

Just jump overboard on returning to avoid disembarking with only one scanner in use

Ports of call

Baltimore, Maryland

4 out of 5
nice and clean and effective

Port Canaveral, Florida

4 out of 5
very good and friendly

Nassau, Bahamas

4 out of 5
ok well organized

Freeport, Grand Bahama Island

3 out of 5
good but the hawkers were right in your face when leaving gangplank

Disembarkation

1 out of 5
No NO that is not the way to part with your passengers, leaves a bad taste.ONLY ONE SCANNER FOR 3000 PEOPLE !!!! come on you can do better

I agree with the debarkation. But the windows were cleaned a few months back when I was on it but it was hurricane season so maybe they get dirty fast. They should do it before the cruise I agree
