Although we had a good time on the ship there were things that were not so good. The regular towels were old and discolored. I didn't want to use because they just didn't appear to be clean

The food in the main dining room was much better than the buffet food on the Lido deck. Buffet food didn't have any flavor and/or was over cooked. Salad buffet was setup terrible. You have to reach over foods to get to others. The only food that is available "after hours" was pizza or ice cream. Would like to have an additional food option.

The staff in the Normandie Restaurant always were there to be sure that everything was running smooth. I want to commend Lin Tra (Jr hostess). She was very pleasant even when she wasn't feeling well. If I saw her in another dining room she would greet me by name and was always smiling. Ekoboda (Head waiter) Very personable. He make sure my meals were prepared as I asked.
Now for my favorite bar, hands down it was the Alchemy Bar. Maria, Lidua & Daniel are amazing mixologist. I was always happy with any of the recommendations that they suggested. All are equally friendly and accomendating.

Cabin was clean. Bed was not comfortable since the twin mattresses were converted to king, they would kind of separate. It was nice having a balcony but would have been better if chairs and table had been cleaned.
When you get off the ship, you are bombarded with the locals offering any and everything. Very overwhelming. Took a taxi-cab tour and learned a lot from the locals.
