Review summary

My 5th cruise with Carnival and it was TERRIBLE ! The service and meals was just plain bad ! The cabin was never cleaned the last day on board the ship. The buffet food was under cooked. Guys Burgers were burnt. The main dining hall service and meal was bad. The steaks were tough, never offered drinks, etc.

Why do you keep going back to Carnival? ??? If you dislike them so much try another cruise line. We have never had a bad cruise with Carnival, that's why return again and again.

I have cruised the Pride twice and it has been amazing ,great food , room cleaned twice a day , the staff was wonderful , they always checked to see if we needed anything .The Pride is my favorite ship and we have been on five other Carnival ships which was also great 😊😎

Our 6th time going on the Pride, the food is so so but it is only for the week so oh well , otherwise we loved it always cleaning our room I think twice a day

And my husband and I are not complainers in general, very easy going people. It's not that we didn't enjoy the pride at all, but on that particular week the food was not great, the drinks were poorly made (nothing in them !) and we did not have the same good service we had gotten in the past...can't win them all I suppose & yet we still had a great time 😄

Just got off the Pride. Wonderful food, staff, great ship, room cleaned twice a day...guys burgers were amazing.

We are going on the Pride for the 6th time in September. Never had a problem. I guess they can't please everyone.

We were just on the Pride in November and we will be on the Pride May 15. 4th time on the pride. Always had a great meal, guys burger was amazing and our room was cleaned twice a day. We love the pride. Never had an issue.

We had a similar experience on the pride in 2014..although they didn't have guys burgers yet

I don't see a point in cleaning the room the day you leave as when u leave the room they give a further clean for the new passages arrive
