Review Summary

Carnival Pride is a great ship! Kids love the water slides and having 2 pools makes it much less crowded.  Dive Inn movies were a family hit but get there early for good seats.  The food was wonderful and Half Moon Cay is definitely the best Caribbean port!  The shows were entertaining but not quite the same scale as Norwegian. Staff was very friendly and totally accommodating.  Would definitely cruise on the Pride again.

No need to spend extra for an ocean view or balcony unless you plan to spend lots of time in your room. There was plenty of storage and room was very dark at night making sleeping easy.

Ship Tip

If you have kids, it's worth the $5 per person to go to the Seuss at Sea breakfast on your last sea day! The dining room is decorated in Seuss theme and you get to meet several characters and of course Green Eggs and Ham is one of the meal choices along with other Seussical dishes!

Bring water shoes and go right off the dock to see the conch graveyard. You can leave your bags on a beach chair to the left of the dock or at the pool by Margaritaville.

Get your tender stickers early and enjoy a full day at HMC because it's just beautiful!

Nassau, Bahamas

We've been before and not a fan of Nassau so we booked a snorkeling excursion that was great!
