Staff A+++ especially wait staff in Normandie and room stewards!!
Suggestions: softer toilet paper & facial tissue
Add pies & fudge to dessert menu (Mermaid's Grille).
Add wind break to door into Mermaid's Grille from outside. (Brrrrrr-cold wind blew in every time it opened.)
Add activities for older crowd, such as songs from 30s/40s/50s.
Stagger evening shows so the late dinner crowd doesn't miss any.
