Review summary
This was a great experience for a first time cruise with our girls, 11 & 13 year olds. There were tons of families with kids on board, and the crowd slanted pretty young. There were lots of young couples and young families aboard. The kids had plenty of things to do. As adults, we never felt overrun by youngsters. The staff was great, the food inviting, and there were plenty of dining options. The ship was clean and well maintained. The ports were a little warm in late July, but everything we did involved getting wet, and the water was wonderful! Bring pants and a light jacket or sweater as the first and last day of the cruise can be cool even in summer.Ports of call
Pros: friendly helpful crew
Cons: occasional lines or crowds
Recommends Carnival Pride? Yes!
