Review summary

We sailed last week on the Carnival Pride for their seven day cruise to Mexico. We had a wonderful time! This was our third cruise but it was the first time we had three days at sea to really enjoy the ship. The ship was absolutely amazing and we really enjoyed the personable service we received from almost every crew member.

Ports of call

Cabo San Lucas, Mexico

5 out of 5
We went on the Land's End Boat Tour and Beach Club tour in Cabo. The boat tour was really enjoyable and offered a lot of information on the area but the best part of this tour was the Beach Club.
Don't Miss: You do not want to miss swimming in the clear, warm water. This was the only port we have time to swim in the ocean and it really added a great deal of enjoyment to our last port.

Mazatlan, Mexico

5 out of 5
We went on the Sierra Madre tour which was amazing. The tour was 7 hours long but every minute of this tour was a "don't miss". Our tour guide did a great job of explaining the sites and the bus driver was the best I've ever seen. I have truly never seen more beautiful country than what we saw on this tour.

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico

5 out of 5
We did the ATV tour in Puerto Vallarta and had the time of our lives. The tour people were friendly and had a ton of patience for us "first time" riders.

Pros: The amount of time at sea

Cons: The Normandie dining room staff during open seating although we were impressed with the maitre'd and his willingness to make certain that our concern was handled.
