It’s an older vessel, don’t expect nice decor compared to other class of Carnival ships. Book early for better selection. Tips for waiters and room stewards extra, they work hard, tips that we give in general are shared.

If you book this trip. You disembark in Cuba on the same deck. These even rooms are hard to get to. Book an odd room.

If you can handle a no child area, go to the Serenity deck to get your sun. So peaceful watching the water at the back of the ship.

Don’t miss the shows and enjoy the dining in the main dinner no room. The sea day brunch was also excellent!!!

Take clothing that doesn't wrinkle easily or be prepared to pay for laundry services (ironing and washing). However, you can dot it yourself as long as you are prepared to wait in line as there is only one launderette with only 2 washers and 2 ironing boards on board the entire ship.

I had read there was only one pool -- on the Lido deck. But actually, there is another smaller pool aft on Deck 11 (Veranda Deck) together with a hot-tub and small children's pool.
