Overall, this was a great cruise and I recommend to everyone as long as you are prepared to do a lot of walking if you are doing the excursion to the Mayan ruins of Tulum.

Service and Staff
5 out of 5
All gave us excellent service especially our room steward who greeted us by name every time he saw us. His name was Mada and he was very nice. Everyone else was friendly except for the young lady at the shore excursion counter, who we felt was rude and appeared to be annoyed that we were asking questions about the excursion. She kept cutting us off int he middle of our questions. She was very condescending when speaking with us.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
Common areas were clean and well maintained, but couldn't be any less as the staff was constantly cleaning, and wiping and vacuuming.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
Cabin was spotless and for 2 people, it was spacious enough for us to move around comfortably.
Ship tip
Take clothing that doesn't wrinkle easily or be prepared to pay for laundry services (ironing and washing). However, you can dot it yourself as long as you are prepared to wait in line as there is only one launderette with only 2 washers and 2 ironing boards on board the entire ship.
This was absolutely great!! Travel from the ship by ferry to the location of the tour bus was approx 30 minutes and the trip to Tulum (which was our excursion) took about an hour. However, the bus was very comfortable and cool and the tour guide (Jorge) was very knowledgeable and nice. At the Mayan ruins he was patient and as he described the place and gave the history. I felt like I was there back in time. He kept our attention and told us where to go for lunch etc. I knew it was going to be hot, but not as hot as it actually was. Overall, this was a very good excursion and I would recommend it to everyone.
I guess this was to be expected with the number of passengers all leaving the ship, but I felt that being in line for more than an hour and a half was a bit much. We had breakfast at the buffet at around 7:30 and did not actually get outside the port until just about 10:30.
