Get the motion sickness patches. There is also an "adult only" pool and hot tub on the back of the ship that is beautiful, and well staffed for pool side drink service!

Try to fit all shows in (worth it). Take time to enjoy every minute and relax. The crew will take care of you. Hope to be lucky enough to have Ericson as your steward and Julius as your waiter.(Life is good)

This ship is small so you see the same people every day and there isn't a lot to do so relax and don't be afraid to make friends. It makes it a lot more enjoyable.

If you are used to sailing on Royal, Princess, or any larger ship, don't expect much from the Carnival Paradise. It is an old ship, showing its age, and not very clean. We will never go on it again.

Enjoy ever minute while on board..well worth it! Sleep when you get home! You can count on staff to tend to your needs and they always remember your name.

Be sure to head to the Serenity Lounge in the back, 21 & older only! I also recommend the small cafe near the Leonardo Lounge for their desserts. We got a giant slice of very good chocolate cake for $2.50!
