Our experience was ok. It was my wife’s 1st cruise and I’m not sure she will want to do it again.

We had wonderful weather. The comics were good. We relaxed.

The cruise director was fantastic! So much fun. We got the cheers package. I loved the wine in the dining room, but was not available in the bars. Tried couple of wines in the bars and did not like them. Overall the food was very good. Did not like the system at breakfast, of using a knife to put butter in a little dish as they kept running out of clean knives. The cream cheese was already in a container, why not the butter? Was long line people waiting to make toast, due to waiting for the butter knives! Had one night our food was cold in dining room. The next 4 nights we got the same table and wait staff and were excellent, food never cold. Our head waiter entertained us with magic, lot of fun. Guillermo, lovely guy!

I'll never cruise again after this cruise. We were bored on the ship. The food was inedible. And the staff was disinterested. It was probably the worst vacation we have ever been on. My son was actually happy to be back to school after this trip - that's how bad it was!

This was our first cruise. Married on Oct 5th and sailed out on 7th -12th. I look forward to sailing again on your larger cruise ships. Your staff is unbelievable kind, patient and willing to assist with a smile.

Great fun for an affordable price. Would recommend for families.

The cruise was very enjoyable for young adults and children as well. Only factors i found disappointing was the lack of variety in food options,obvious older appearance of ship, and the night clubs all being in an area where only smokers could enjoy. other than those three things overall it was very enjoyable cruise. The spa although it is on the higher pricey side they do also provide health seminars that were fun to attend and if you are onboard for your birthday or special anniversary you can use you voucher to apply towards spa services. I had my pedicure done by Zadra and she was outstanding.

The waiters at the dining Richelle and Baltazar was polite, always greet people with their names, they did their best to make sure that everything is in our table and so as the other tables. the cleaning crew at our Cabin E51 was also polite and very nice to us and to other people. they did a fantastic job.

I enjoyed the cruise overall. I found I enjoy the bigger ships that have more entertainment options. The people on the cruise were friendlier than those on the bigger ships though.

Over all not sold on the cruise experience, I think I enjoy the resort experience much better. Felt like it was very crowded and had to wait in line for almost everything.

If you are taking pictures use more than one backdrop I didn’t know this was an option. Gives you a variety when purchasing them

I really wasn’t pleased with this cruise. Out of all the cruises this one I would rate a 4 out of 10. I wish I could get half my money back from this one. Very disappointed.

It was great being greeted by name by cruise members we had not seen in over 10 months. Hostess Rikka and her husband who was our waiter on previous cruises greeted us by name. Alona another hostess also. Guzal from guest relations was wonderful and matre’d Damian was great.

We originally booked this as a trip to Cuba. While we were disappointed we did not get to experience the jewel of the Caribbean, we had a blast. The shore excursions were well planned. The ship's staff and entertainers were more than friendly. I will cruise again.

too expensive for what you get. too many unforeseen expenses once we boarded. not enough to do on the ship and not enough time at Grand Cayman. Bartenders were awful. We will not be cruising in the near future. Feels like a waste of money

The cruise was very enjoyable. Had lots of fun with my family and did things completely out of my comfort zone for once . Would love to do another cruise someday soon.

This is a good cruise for the price you pay. It is a smaller ship with smaller bathrooms, smaller rooms and only 1 pool. But it is still relaxing and very enjoyable.

Fun time. Always something to do. Excellent excursions. Leon the cruise host was funny and entertaining. Only disappointment is the photo plan. They could make a fortune in photos, but choose to lose and waste money.

Overall if I had the chance I would take this cruise again and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Really Enjoyed the cruise, except for the smoking on the one floor in the casino and night club.
