I was talked into adding the Thermal Spa package for the cruise. The unlimited access price was $219 for two people on the first day special. So if you are contemplating the Spa rooms and it cost more than $110 pp over a normal room then it may not be worth it. Note, there is a free wet sauna in the locker rooms in the Spa area. Ask for a robe from your steward. Use bug spray before excursions. My wife got bit a lot.

The ship is beautiful. Food is not good. Pay for specialty dining if you want a decent meal.

Allow extra time to board. Have all Covid documents in order. If you have an early flight home, carry your luggage off the ship yourself - very fast debarkation. Best shore tour - Rhythms of the Night

If you pre-book dinner reservations at a specialty restaurant make sure you confirm when you get on board. We paid and booked weeks in advance for dinner at the steak house for my birthday, decided to go and make sure everything was OK I was told they see a reservation but no table so I had to show them my print out where I had already paid for eight for 6 PM weeks in advance so after they talked to a manager he finally said they can seat me at 7… it was a little upsetting but did not ruin my trip

Review dining room menu early. Most times everything listed is in the buffet, except lobster. I went in thinking the Cheers drink package was too light for my taste. I was wrong. I tried to hit the limit one day and was smashed by lunch. I left 3 or 4 drinks unused.

Do not rely on ships/Carnival shore excursions. We got burned for $500.00. NOT happy
