The ship and the staff was phenomenal. Enjoyed all the ports we visited, had some great excursions. I will not do Mexico in September again very hot and humid. Overall wonderful Cruise.

It was our first cruise on the Pacific side of Mexico. Very different from a Caribbean cruise. Not bad, just different.

Bottom line is this. Best vacation I’ve ever taken! I wanted for nothing and was treated like a queen. I had the most fun and didn’t want to get off the ship.

Enjoyable and relaxing week aboard the Panorama. Used the track to walk each morning.

Booked 2 wks. prior to sail through Cheap Cruises-got a great cabin -travel agent great-answered all questions & was very kind.

We were a little let down by the Panorama. We’ve sailed the Vista (pre-Covid) and it just seemed to be an overall better experience.

Great cruise, but.... it seemed as though there were some internal issues with Carnival and especially the staff at Cabo.

Loved the crew and Marty’s team. Really feel we should have gotten something like a discount or free drinks or something due to the significant changes made to the itinerary and the activities being closed most of the trip

The cruise was significantly impacted by Hurricane Kay. We were denied the ability to visit the primary port stop (Puerta Vallarta) and denied the ability to visit the substituted port stop as well. (Ensenada) (I can understand the first, I do not understand or accept the stated reason for the second) It rained constantly for two full days as well. I understand that Carnival can not control the weather.

Embarkation was painfully long and some employees were rude. Cabin was very nice and clean. Havana pool attendants and room steward were the BEST. The steakhouse was incredibly good and had very kind friendly wait staff and the chef came out and thanked us which was very nice.

Will cruise again. Hope to see some changes . We had horrible experience during embarkation but it cleared up when we in the ship. First time to use high tech elevator system. Digital upload of all photos that you can browse while in bed. I’m more incline to music so having a schedule of karaoke time so early didn’t go well with most of us in the cruise. But we had a great time specially hanging out in serenity area and adults behaving well.

Wish we had more time in each town. Great staff and service. Enjoyed the food choices.

Brand new and well maintained ship. The staff were very friendly. The cruise director was amazing. He was everywhere and very active.

I made lifetime friends on this cruise. The hardest part is leaving, and when you enter the "real" world, people are too busy looking at their phones to say Hi. Everyone was beyond friendly and welcoming. I will be back again and again

The ports were a very nice and enjoyable time. I'm sure everybody complains about Cabo being too short. The dinners were very nice the staff on the panorama was awesome. Everybody was very nice friendly everything was kept clean. I was not impressed with the covid area at the Long Beach port. That hoax of an area needs to come down by now.

Overall, I loved the ship and the cruise interties and the ports activities.

The cruise has everything- fun activities or places to sit out and relax by the pool. Good food, good entertainment, great staff. Highly recommend!

We had so much fun and we are going to return with our kids and grandkids.
