Review summary

Embarkation was painfully long and some employees were rude. Cabin was very nice and clean. Havana pool attendants and room steward were the BEST. The steakhouse was incredibly good and had very kind friendly wait staff and the chef came out and thanked us which was very nice.

Took way too long and had a rude employee when she wasn't able to check me in even though I checked both of us in 2 days prior online and my husband had no problem

The steakhouse was amazing. The deli was good for sandwiches. The main dining was very hit and miss on good and bad meals

Havana pool was great. Very friendly attentive staff there keeping it clean and making great drinks.

Games were fun. Comedy show was good. Some staff in the casino were rude and not helpful.

Our room steward was the best as well as all of the staff in the Havana bar/pool area. Our bags took several hours to reach our room and in between arriving and our room someone got into my husband's suitcase and caused a huge problem. Filed a complaint and haven't heard from Carnival yet.
