Review summary
Carnival never again. Put over 6000 peoples safety at risk with a known engine failure - should have never left Long Beach. Then they gave us a $400 on board credit to use on their overpriced items. Management, John Heald, was an arrogant jerk when explaining that we would not get refunds or future trip credits. Heck, they give discounts all the time - how hard would it be to do the right thing. I'd advise to try a different crise line as Carnival was a rip-off.Embarkation
