A surprisingly fantastic overall experience. I was looking for a combination of quiet and engaged times … and gotten what I intended. The staff and crew members are superb - always courteous, attentive, and with warm smiles. They make the experience exceptional!

Great food options onboard. Key tip is to avail of the restaurant options where, for a minimal amount, you get fantastic, great value food experiences. Special shout outs to the servers at Ji Ji Asian Kitchen (Arthur and crew), Vista Restaurant (Dolma and others), and Captain’s Kitchen (everyone is superb!).

Cloud 9 Spa was a game changer … 7-day pass was totally worth it! Gym was well maintained and fully equipped, not too crowded. The various onboard activities were well programmed - something for everyone!

Great service all around … I already mentioned the servers from specific venues. My room attendant, Adi, was always attentive and courteous. The spa folks were fantastic as well. They have excellent guest relations training!

Be aware of what you really want out of the experience … and intentionally tailor your activities to meet your wants and needs.
They missed Mazatlan because a cargo ship was listing (trying to tip over) at the port. Recovery operations made the port unsafe for cruise passengers to travel through.
Wish when folks mark something low, they would write WHY it was a 1. Did you skip the port? Weather made the ship skip? Too bad this is a one way third party review and we probably will not know the answer.
