Review summary

The Carnival Panorama was overall a great experience, especially for a first cruise. We enjoyed the food and activities on board, and meeting so many nice people. It was a great time to just relax and chill.

Embarkation

4 out of 5
Embarkation experience was overall a good experience. Only downside was the humid weather waiting outside prior to entering the building, and there was a slight delay due to the amount of people trying to check in between 12-2.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Food and drinks were delicious. My favorite was the 555 Steakhouse. Although it was an additional $48/person, it was worth it.

Onboard Activities

1 out of 5
The pools on the lido deck were nice, but often crowded. The 21+ serenity deck was nice as well, but wish it had an actual pool vs. a whirlpool to cool off in.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
The performers and musicians on ship were fantastic. Great singers with lots of talent and the music in the areas which they played matched the vibe.

Children's Programs

Not a child/no children in our group

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The overall service from staff was excellent. Our room steward azel was very friendly, attentive, and accommodating! It was so nice to come back to the room to a cute towel animal on the bed. One of the bartenders, Kennedy, was awesome! He was very attentive, friendly, and welcoming. He made us feel at home everytime we were out on the deck, making sure we were taken care of. We also enjoyed Leonardo and Jarred, two of the photographers who we saw numerous times while we were out and about. Although we were camera shy, they both made us laugh and took amazing photos of our trip!! We appreciate the memories caught on camera. Another amazing crew staff was Dolma, who was very sweet and made sure our tables were cleaned and picked up our plates when we were done. We appreciate her hard work especially when the place was busy and it was so hard to find empty and/or clean tables.

Ship Quality

1 out of 5
The ship layout was easy to maneuver and the common areas were constantly being cleaned.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Our cabin was amazing and spacious!! We also enjoyed the firmness of the bed. It was nice knowing we had a comfortable room to come back to each day.

Wonder if they made a mistake on the ship quality? Marked a 1 but had good comments.
