Review summary

This was meant to be just a relaxing cruise. My son lives in California so I took the opportunity to take this cruise while visiting him. Smoking was bad in the casino. Not my favorite cruise but enjoyed it and glad I got the opportunity!

Smooth getting on. Not a long wait at all.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

Buffet was small and layout was confusing. 2 sides and both were not always open..

Service and Staff

My room steward Christine was wonderful! Service was always good.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
I feel the cruise lines are still short handed with staff. They work hard but can only keep up with so much. Overall ship was clean.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
My first inside cabin and I really liked it. A few plumbing problems. First day shower overflowed but was fixed right away. Sink drain also had some issues. Deck 11 is a smoking deck which I was unaware of. Just good info to know when booking.

Ship tip

Learn the layout of the ship. Can definitely be confusing.

Disembarkation

Unorganized but in fairness many people to deal with on that day. Once it started moving process was pretty quick.
