Review summary

I enjoyed my cruise. Felt as pressured to buy products on ship just like in the ports. The spa definitely could be cleaner it seemed like several people that went to spa got sinus infections.

Carnival PANORAMA is Horrible. Make sure you get up with Guest Care Services located way at the bottom of the webpage in fine print and email them. I had 6 cases against them last year. I spent 90% of my Cruise on Deck 3. I would have liked a helicopter to pick me up on the Lido deck, I was so pissed. Never again. Make this go viral so John Heald can make the important changes. Recently the host just got fired/terminated because so many complaints came regarding him. Post your mishaps on every social media platform and Cruise group page. I still want my refund in full.

Spas on ships are well known to push up-sales. Around the ship you will be asked if you are interested in buying a dining and drink drink package but usually only the first day. Other than that you would only be asked if you choose to go in a store, etc. If you’re OK with that pressure then cruising is for you.
