Review summary

For the thousands of dollars I spent for 2 rooms, definitely feel completely ripped off. Too noisy to sleep, the family Harbor Longe food was horrible. Except the ice cream when it was working. The coffee machine was down slot as well. Bought the drink package for all of us and seldom used because the poor little kids were terrified to go to the bars for soft drinks. Pay attention: as a whole the bartenders pretty much ignored them and made them wait til the adult customers who tip more were served. This happened repeatedly.

Never saw our steward after embarking. Bartenders were extremely rude. Wait staff not service oriented

Shower curtain reeked. The bathroom was not cleaned well at all! The kitchen was above and so our sleep was nonexistent. It was so noisy the kids were terrified.

I am 100% sure 80% of your Cruise was spent on Deck 3. Please email Guests Care services located at the bottom of the website in fine print and give them all of your complaints. I will never be with Panorama again. Shortly after my departure the Cruise director was fired/terminated. Please post on every social media platform and make this go viral so the changes can be met. Hurt em in their pockets just like they hurt you.

Kids shouldn't be allowed at the bar! Period. Get up and get your kids what they need. Thanks for your review. Maybe bite the bullet and splurge thousands more on a Disney cruise next time. Good luck.

I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your cruise. As far as the noise level, a little research would go a long way when picking staterooms. Yes, for kids, it can be very scary to go to a bar and ask for anything without your parents. Perhaps an adult going with them a few times would have helped
