Review summary

This boat is not for smaller children activities are aimed for teens and grown ups. 2 Pools and 2 Jacuzzis they are too small all you saw were the smaller kids and teens in there. Smaller kids mostly causing mayhem, not very enjoyable for adults if you ask me. Water was definitely dirty the whole time we were there only got in 2 to jacuzzi to over packed.

I too am confused by your review. Camp Ocean has many activities for kids to do, you must sign them up though. As long as they have room the kids can go. Your recommendation is to do research...since when has Carnival have race cars?

You may need to re-adjust your expectations and try Disneyland.

Sounds to me like you were expecting the amenities and "Child focus" of a Disney Cruise, but were only willing/able to pat a Carnival price. Hence your disappointment. Unless you re-set your expectations, or up your budget, I'm afraid you are going to continue to be disappointed.

I’m confused- embarkation was “fast and efficient “ yet got two stars… Kids programs- did your kids go to camp carnival? You didn’t mention it… that is the kids programs. They do organized activities together. There are two separate teen groups too. You didn’t mention if your kids participated in any of that. As far as the bottomless bubbles… it’s in the name- if there’s not bubbles, it’s not included… those options are included with cheers. (At a significant price increase). As far as the size of your stateroom, I personally have never understood traveling as a family of four cramming into one stateroom.. we always got our kids their own room- they way the had a tv, bathroom and room to forward out. Traveling in one room would not be a vacation for us. Carnival is “the fun ship” they are family friendly- but not kid centric. If that’s what you’re seeking- dig deep in your pockets- your line is out there but it’ll cost $$$ but you’ll be delighted that soda is included.

Please take this experience up with Guest Care Services through the email. It's the very fine print located at the bottom of the site.

Definitely felt like Panorama"s pools and jacuzzi's were lacking. Along with the smallest smokiesed casino with the biggest capacity ship I've been on. Don't think I will cruise it again.

YOU COULD USE THE ADULTS ONLY JACUZZI IF YOU DON'T LIKE KIDS.

It’s always important to do research and understand what it is and is not included in the basic cruise fare. Booking more than two people in the same room, unless two are under age 10, is never a good idea unless you are booking some type of suite. Cruising during spring break is rarely a good experience.
